It is about as odd as it gets,will stand in a pile for years.It can be wet enough to stick on a wall but usually like cold oat meal consistency .It is mostly perlite(popped volcanic rock)thats been cooked with seaweed(imported from the south Pacific Islands)and then squeezed to release the seaweed gels.The leftover goes to ag,,the juice goes into carageenan,,which you all eat some of every day...cream/coffee creamers/crackers(ritz)/dozens and dozens of uses in food products.
