East Central Nebraska | I'd keep what you got and not worry about another tank. I have a 500 gal on our house and it is just fine and probably what the majority of houses that run on propane have. And good reminder to check it tonight. I own my own tank. Usually a fill up this time a year, top off in Dec and end of Feb. Probably 700-1000 gal used per year depending on the winter and what temp you run your house at and how it is insulated. I don't like to fill it in the summer. I am afraid it could leak out. Never has in 30 years, but always a first. My opinion. Anyway. As dry as the corn is, my theory it should be cheaper this year?? Good luck. | |
