About a week ago we got a .3" rain with a brief hail overnight that put a a bushel or two on the ground and made the rest of them super fragile. We had lots pods just barely holding them in. It was a bloodbath behind the head, I've never had worse shatter, but still excellent beans. I'm just glad I was able to finish before they got any worse.
Anyone else getting head loss?
