Sanilac Co. Michigan
OK, standard factory rotor, all chrome forward bars, chrome helicals, concave and cage. The thresher side is wide spaced rasps, separator side is mostly worn narrow spaced. Carried the helical over the upper left corner of the opening. Two F concave rasp bars at @8:00 o'clock in the belly of the separator grate. Extra edible bean helicals over the top of the separator side and farther into the discharge.

Plain Jane rubber coated accelerator rolls, bought a larger sheave and belt to replace the standard one on the clean grain and tailings jack shaft to really slow that down. Perforated shoe floor and pan, as well as clean grain elevator boot. I use a perforated 3/8" sieve instead of an adjustable one to clean up my sample. I start with the concave @8 and the front of the grate at MAX. Wide open on the wind, chaffer at @1/2" and start out with cylinder speed as slow as it goes @210. Oh, my machine returns only go back to the accelerator rolls, can't go back to cylinder, so it's strictly a one and done deal.

What I'd kinda like to do is cut some holes near the bottom of the fill auger so beans can drop out sooner, maybe put a perforated panel in the unload tube and maybe stagger/use halfbars in the separator side of the rotor, as well as run full length forward bars on every other end instead of discharge paddles. I think that would help in getting stuff out of the processor faster and that's a good thing.

Anyway, that's about it!
