Had a 9510 that had a bad ground issue thru I think that same plug. Had a good tech working on it and after breaking every one of those little pin tools he had we finally just jumped a new wire around the plug and it ran forever after that. The solenoids behind the rubber flap by the batteries are a problem area too.
9510 connection issues...
