Seriously considering going to a Pickett but not quite ready to give up on this machine yet.


A Pickett would have significantly more capacity and way less damage. Not a perfect machine but does do edibles fairly well. Need a good size tractor. Our coloured bean crop was quite poor, mainly due to a season that was not right for them. Too much water at a time, twice. We did do some pintos for son in law that were decent. 40' windrow at about 5 mph. MF 8650 was at power limit.
