I found that with the accelerator roll lugs removed beans tend to blow straight out the back unless I turn the wind way down but then the sample gets really dirty. I put in a set of really worn ones that you can actually look down between them and they seem to work OK. I am quite certain the beans are being ground up in the processor and just due to the fact that everything is running emptier than it should be.
