| Not deere, but we tried the totally tubular in front of the seed tube on our Kinze high speed. Dropping fertilizer not an issue in front of the seed tube at 5-6 mph, but as we ran 7.5-8.5 mph, the seed openers would tend to grab fertilizer and dirt on inside edge and throw it up in the seed tube and meter area. This caused build up and and issues. Eventually settled to drop fertilizer behind seed openers and tube but in front of closing wheels. | |
