I believe Mitchco is correct,, the spring is not much in those type, lube up clevis and s cam shaft, I did not know if the RGN exemption,, in the old days I watched as air dropped out of that old type trailer and truck system, it slowly rolled out of line into the woods,, guy was in having a meal as truck stops at one time had real kitchens
