We had this with a 2377 a couple years ago. Check the stepped transition pan from the auger bed to the seives. Ours had come apart and was putting pods in the clean grain. Just our experience but happened almost exactly the same from good sample to trash in a minute. Also, make sure you didn't break one of the rear bolts that holds the seive in at the back that's a pain to replace. Had that happen once too.
