It would be pretty easy to do as they are already utilizing axles from 988 cats.
I could be wrong in this thinking but I doubt the farmer is gonna pony up the extra money…. The ones that head out to do scraper work might make a little more sense as they are gonna have a lot more hours put on them.
I’ve driven the Deere version of the cat 988 with the electric drive. Cat has the electric drive across many of there machine lines. It’s actually pretty neat how it works.
