Time to get dirty. Follow the linkage up to the pre seive on the right hand side and get in there and free it up. It’s more than likely got old caked up chaff freezing it up. May need one guy inside and the other outside working it over. It’s a good idea to run the adjuster back and forth periodically to prevent this.
