Assuming oil cooler is absolutely clean, I’d change hydraulic filters and check sump screen just to be safe. I would also look closely at the settings on top of the hydraulic valves, make sure they are set correctly for your usage and only use enough flow for the job.

It almost sounds like a valve is not quite shutting off completely and bypassing oil or something. Hope this helps!
