$350 is the only price i am aware of. that or $0, i believe all that the $0 is movement of data between your display and a mobile device if i understand correctly.
at the $350 your purchasing the option to move the data back and forth to sms. so i am guessing your client needs to pay their sms dues and the $350 regardless of how much they use it or not.
