As the proud new owner of a (very old) 30 gallon copper kettle, I want to boil apple butter this fall.  I have helped with it many years ago, but was pretty young at the time, and never really knew the list of ingredients, beyond about five bushels of apples and a bunch of cider.  Anyone have a good recipe for a kettle sized batch that you would share?  Thanks
