We have have fallen out of Gods word… reread your comment and maybe see that might have something to do with it. Maybe I missed it but I don’t remember a perfect attendance record being a requirement…
There are many passages throughout that say we need to believe and be disciples of gods word. We are called to love and not judge. By no means am I perfect in any of this..
In your words I was wrong because I didn’t go to church and farmed instead??? Our church offers the services through YouTube so I could hook it up to Bluetooth, there is also radio broadcasts and podcasts talking about the Gods word.
When you read revelations and look at todays world… it’s scary to think that the end times might be here.
The OP choose to spend a day enjoying what God had gave him… I hardly see the fault in that.
With all of that being said the OP is my dad… life has given the family some challenges the last few years but that’s not shown. You never know what the person next to you is dealing with. He spent the day in a race with 2 of his daughters. The third was cheering them on and I did a few things at home.
Farming is more of a business than it’s ever been but that doesnt mean you can’t enjoy the reason you are there and thank the lord for what he has provided. | |
