When you say hydraulics filled to the top, you mean the top of the sight glass? It should never read that high, you have to look at the manual, but there are lines in the sight glass, I think the lower line is the cold engine off line? I cannot remember anymore, I'm usually happy if I see oil in the glass at all! Mine is on the mixer basically full time, get lots of leaks on that job sometimes.

I would say it is over heating. Also check the coolers up front, make sure everything is clear. Start there. Do the simple things first.
