During the summer months (May - Oct) here in AZ, peak is weekdays from 3 PM to 7 PM. Weekends and all other times are non-peak. In the winter (Nov - Apr) peak is 6 AM to 9 AM and 6 PM to 9 PM. Weekends and all other times are non-peak.
