My mom. Used to make hogs head cheese,, I was assigned once to clean out the brains, when I was hosing out the brains at the age of 10 ,, I saw the hogs dirty teeth as it had been split,, I swore never to eat hogs head cheese
But eggs are fine, right! HA! Natural sausage casings too!
