Ec Indiana | We seem to have a lot of trouble with the combine only. Tractors work well coming off our repeater for 15-20 miles, same setup in combine won’t go more than 2-3 miles from repeater, then have to change channels to talk radio to radio to cart tractor, but can’t talk to dryer shack or trucks. We had a 17 680 and just traded to a 22 x9 1100. Both of them haven’t worked. Antenna is only 18 inches tall, will a taller one help. Can a second antenna be added, if so how do I go about making that work. I’m guessing hopper extension is the problem but idk how to remedy it. Have switched radios, ant and wiring with no change at all. | |
