Donnellson, IA. Makes saying here easier. | I find a lot of value in growing some nitrogen and keeping erosion down over the winter. I typically strip till into mine so nothing special on my planter. I’ve only had a couple yield drag moments and that was from my own stubbornness to not throw in the flag and fully work the field. Many times I wouldn’t have any residue left by fall if I didn’t grow the extra biomass.
