Subject: One bad hurricane

Hastings, Florida
Latest on Milton, hitting Tampa area head on, current sustained winds of 180, gusts to 220 per National Hurricane Center.Wednesday landfall on West coast of Florida, expected to diminish slightly.
Many folks evacuating, some roads jammed.
My area, north of there, says about 8 inches ( already very wet ) of rain, winds will only be about 75 mph for couple hours.
Biggest threat is storm surge, rising water in rivers and beach. Many homes and stores built on edge of water.
Looks bad for some areas.
Now saying possibly strongest ever on record for wind speed.
