Malta, Illinois | I realize your response was to Clicker and I can see how you are offended. My response to him was meant to convey that I don't know your circumstances and I was not judging you. My point was that it sometimes bothers me that society in general but mainly the younger generation treat Sunday as just another day. I am not one that believes someone is a heathen or condemned to the fires of hell if they don't attend worship every week. I am more bothered by the bars and social clubs that advertise "Sunday Funday" and encourage people not to spend Sundays with their family. I am truly sorry to hear of your health situation. It sounds like you are facing it with courage and gusto if you are running in a marathon! Best of luck to you with everything. | |
