I take a set of C clamp vise grips, clamp them on the sidewall, and then put tension on up and away with a chain/ loader. Have someone hold a hose just on a trickle and sawzall around the sidewall.
It's still a bit of a work out, but 10-15 mins should do it, with a couple of short breather breaks.
