New to us 7120 with a pro 700, Nav II, 162 receiver trying to get mapping/autoguidance with waas signal. Combine is autosteer ready and as far as I know 162 will do guidance. Sent nav and 162 out to ag express to get them to talk to each other now go to plug them in on WAAS 135 and shows GPS STATUS UNKNOWN or PF-101 code (GPS RECIEVER UNABLE TO DETERMINE POSITION) when AFS Accuguide is selected in Navigation/NAV S tab. When selecting light bar or off in NAVIGATION/NavS tab I get DGPS signal. On The 162 both lights are blue so it’s computing DGPS per the manual. Looking for any help before I have to call dealer? Thanks in advance.
Do you have the guidance activation in the 162? The 162 by default is just a yield mapping receiver. You can use it for entry-level guidance, but it requires an activation. I think around $1000. |
