Westside | My sonic gets 30mpg cost around $.10 per mile for energy at $3 a gallon
My chev ev bolt gets 3.6 miles per kilowatt . My kilowatt charge at home off the welder plug is $.13 kilowatt so energy cost of $.036 per mile.
Used a charger in town and the cost was $.36 per kilowatt so energy cost per mile of $.10 at 3.6 kilowatt per mile.
I try to not charge in town, do not have to wait if plugged into welder plug in garage.
If I have to go more than a 220 mile round trip the Chev Bolt EV stays home, not going to wait and charge in town. | |
