That had to be campfire size if small claims covered it.
Fires in ND now in the 10s of millions.
One started by a controlled burn that got away. One supposedly started by STO burning dead tree pile over a month ago and embers came to life Saturday.
So the guy has no insurance and you get millions from small claims?
Who’s liable?
