SE Arkansas | Every Bull Market usually starts with a Short Covering Rally!!! Markets normally have rallied significantly before any Obviously Bullish Headlines hit the tape. Not saying that this is it, but when the data looks so Bearish, you are generally near a bottom. Higher Interest Rates were one factors that moved Ag Markets lower.
