70-75% humidity is the key. But again. Stored beans into may many many years. Again my experience is 0% chance I could get them to 13% even by june


We regularly add 2 to 3 points to our beans. Like someone else said, the fans are often running when we think they shouldn't be and aren't running when we think they should be. Temperature makes a big difference too. Warm air can move a lot of moisture in or out. Cold air very little.
