I kind of had a run-in with a Walmart employee yesterday. Went grocery shopping, got my cart full. Went to check out $180, so I pull up my debit card and it was declined. I tried it three times always declined. So a clerk came over and she said call your bank, so I called the bank, I told her that I had ice cream in to cart, she said she would put it back in the freezer, somebody had got into my account, so they canceled my debit card. I have to get a new one, so the bank office was closed at 4:00PM. so couldn’t get a debit card so I went to drive-up and got $200 cash, went back to Walmart. Probably took me 15 to 20 minutes to do that, went back in the store looking for my cart. It was no where to be found, so I finally found the clerk that had ”helped” me, she said they put the food back away. I said you did what! She said we put the food away so that it would not spoil, I said I’m not going to be gone for two weeks, just 15 minutes take ticked me off a little bit. Customer service does not exist any place anymore.
Needless to say, I left that store.
Have a good in

In her defense, 98 out of a hundred of those deals the customer wouldn’t return. She did the right thing.

WRONG AGAIN BOONE.

Back in college I worked in a grocery store I’ve seen what happened to Chin. Management said to leave cart where they could keep an eye on it. Both times customer came back. Guessing Chin is an older clean cut Caucasian a safer bet than most customers.
