goodhue county,mn | so a few years ago i got off work around 2 am ,,,went to walmart for a few groceries ...noticed checkout sign 12 was lit up .......putting my stuff on the belt i was making conversation with the low 20 something girl running the register.....she seemed very nice and appreciative that i was having a conversation with her.........then behind me comes a cart full of junk food ,tv dinners,pop and chips...being pushed by a mid 30s woman who (i couldnt imagine anyone wanting to ever bed her down) ....if you get the picture....so she started in bitching to my checkout girl that the light was on in isle 2 ,,,but there was no one there and she had to walk all the way to number 12........apparently it was this girls fault...how , idont know,,,,,,,,,my checkout girls smile immediately went away ....and she looked so sad ,,,probably majority of custumers are like this woman................so i didnt like that ......depressing this girl for no reason..............so i looked over her cart and i looked her over and said ..i dont know if you are an avid reader of what goes on in this world ......but they say america has quite a colesteral problem ....and a little excersize never hurt anyone.........she didnt look happy....i was smiling ,,,my checkout girl was smiling ,,,,i picked up my bags ,,walked out ,,,and i can see the checkout girls smile whenever i want to think of it,,,,priceless........ | |
