I have a JH policy. It’s basicly a 6 year policy. Get a LTC policy soon enough. I tried to get my wife one and (no one wanted her. At least that’s what I told her. ) Believe I bought mine back when I was in my 40s. My monthly premium today is in the $230 range. But I’m 70. There’s a reason for the 6 year policy but doesn’t seem to be Nat approved by some.
