edgerton ks. | I’m wanting other opinions on this question. Here goes
1. Crop is a perennial
2. Label states for this specific crop ( maximum of 5 applications per year) that’s all it says.
So my question is Define 5 applications per year? I’ll give a reference.
If said crop is sprayed August1, September 1, and October 1. After frost said perennial is dormant from basically November through the following March. April 1 it wakes up and spraying resumes. Am I now allowed to spray 5 times in the new growing season? Or 2 times and then wait till Aug 1 again.
Seems to be rather vague as to what a year is. A calendar year? Remember this crop is dormant for 5 months over the winter. Or is it 12 months from first application? Doesn’t say 12 months it says 5apps per year. Let’s hear some of you guys interpretations.
Before you guys go ballistic about using the same product it would be alternated with other modes of action products. Also it is a fungicide that shouldn’t have any resistance capable of buildup by pathogens and has been around for a long time. I’ve been purposefully vague on details because I’m wanting unbiased opinions on how you would interpret this label. Thanks
