Currently have a 30’ Shivvers twin screw. Plan is to move to a CF dryer next year. I’m either going to use this Shivvers bin as my wet bin and add 2 rings and a new unload system, or build a new wet bin and then take this Shivvers bin and still remove the upright and use it as a dry bin or bean bin.

If I use the current Shivvers bin and remove the upright and one of the tapered sweeps and add the sweep auger attachment will I be somewhat happy with the clean out on it?

Shivvers gearboxes have been fairly decent in the past. No idea what they are like now. How large an unload auger system is under the floor that the sweep auger will feed? Is that all in good reliable condition? Nothing like a broken unload system in a bin full of wet corn.

After having happer bins for wet surge I would be hard pressed to ever consider a flat bottom wet bin.
