Not exactly what you are doing but I plant a 3/4 cereal rye 1/8 oats 1/8 wheat mix through my SI meters for cover crop at the lowest rate setting. I have a Loup Elite Drill meter on my drill. It was showing between 1,200,000 seeds a acre down to 870,000 seeds per acre and always have a nice stand for covers.
