Cutting beans that are still holding moisture. First load was 14.2 third load was 12.8. Issue I have is my second load went in and noticed on way back to the field moisture was 7.2.
Called the combine driver and it doesnt show any beans cut under 11%. Now the weight of the truck at elevator matches the weight from the cart scale. My guess is some beans from previous sample still in tube/probe.
But do I even need to worry about changing that 1 ticket. The weight is correct so does it matter what they print for moisture on the ticket.
Call those SOB's and ask for the 14.2 load to be lowered to 13.0
Heck a 7.0 would drop that
Good luck with your results --
never had luck with ADM and doing that-- usually they make a mistake on the high side --
Had a 7.2 FM on a load of corn --they had kept the sample should have been 2.7
they would not change it without an act of GOD --
2 weeks of bitching probably 5 phone calls FINALLY changed it and we got some money extra
Think they just made up for my complaining by sticking us on a couple other loads
