12% corn means it cost you 3.4% of the yield times 250 bu. corn is a 8.5 bu. loss times $4.00 is $34.00 per acre discount times 135 acres equals $4590. On top of that you may have a phantom yield loss if you are harvesting in December. Depressing post huh.
