SW Ohio | Broadcast the wheat then work it in with a disc and cultipacker. I tried 15" wheat and it worked, but yields got a lot better with solid seeding. My fall fert program is 100lb ams, 100lb potash and 100lb MAP. Urea/AMS in late feb early mar and then the co-op puts some UAN on with the harmony in april.
2oz sharpen sounds like a lot. I'd maybe do 1 oz sharpen and a quart of roundup for a burndown | |
