| I have wondered the same thing. Our contracts state use certified seed. If I don't contract and plant bin run seed. They might not buy my production. Twenty plus years ago I had a field of navy beans that got Anthracnose bad. Even used certified seed for that field. Contract price was 25 cents a pound . Ended up selling them for 4 cents a pound for feed. I won't take the chance of not useing certified seed . | |
