My PSA is higher and slowly increasing.
As you know I am older than you so have a head start.

I go in for 6 month checkups/tests

Dr says many die WITH prostate not because of it and with my age that seems to be what he expects.

Good to be proactive and monitor it for any changes.

Make sure you are seeing a Urologist, not a regular Dr to monitor this issue. I was in my mid 50's and my family Dr pointed out my PSA has been creeping up slowly for about 3 yrs. He had insisted I get a biopsy, yep positive..
The urologist said what do I want to do? I pointed out watching something you know is there is "not easy" for me.. He gave me a couple options, and I went with Robotic Surgery.
One less thing to worry about.
