You would be well served to ask how your theory can occur with layers of checks and balances. With all the law enforcement personal in the US, to think that someone holds so much power that they are able to do whatever that want
There will be various layers of checks and balances within the legal system or whatever they call it in North Korea that prevents the average citizen from getting away with anything also. I imagine you realize that Kim is not subject to that same system though don’t you?
