| I finally went to got it looked at by orthopedic doctor.
1. Wear a “moon boot” at night to keep your foot 90 degrees
2. Do the calf stretches in stairs or such
3. Get good orthopedic inserts like others have said. I use the dr shcolls ones where you stand on a machine at the store and tells you which ones you need. Only go in about half the boot so not a pain to use. I still wear them after getting over it as I never want to experience it again. It was miserable and made me lazy so I gained weight. Ive worked in a factory my whole life on concrete and cheap boots will cost you. Everyone is different so find ones that work for you. | |
