Why not hire a local builder and skip the national brand with extra overhead? Lots of them just sub out the work anyway.
The monoslopes I have seen blow over are due to poor attachment of the poles to the cement. 4 bolts isn’t enough to hold the lift.
Mine survived a 100 wind but ripped some of the tin off the roof.
