If they don't pass a new farm bill, the old one WILL BE EXTENDED. That much is guaranteed.
Otherwise the farm bill reverts back to "permanent law". There is absolutely no way that they let that happen. Milk and corn guys would love to see it happen though. Here's the price support levels if we'd revert back to permanent law. There wouldn't be any support for soybeans.
