| I was tortured with memorizing the catechism as a child. I don’t recall any of it. And to me I wish I would have had a simple confession of sin and faith in Jesus followed by baptism.
That said, I’m not sure there’s anything bad in there or not. I don’t still have mine to reference. Bet you my mom does. But Martin Luther is definitely a Bible modifyer. At the same time we owe him for freeing us from the Roman church. His hate for revelation is shocking.
I do some reading in some of the texts he removed and others that were removed. I don’t have authority to say who’s right or wrong there. Clevepreach what do you think about stuff like the book of Enoch?
