I'm also part of a non-denominational church that doesn't have membership but we do have ownership, our belief is that the church was never meant for consumers but for contributors and being part of the church comes with responsibilities. After 5th grade youth can go through the Onboard process to become an owner and that I'd also the age that they can be baptized.
