No but they would sure ask you to get a flu vaccine. Thats the reason we use fungicide every year. 1 year of tarspot blowing in and dropping your yield 50-100 bpa is too much risk when it can be prevented for 4-5 bu/ac cost. Soil health isn't going to help Tarspot that starts at the top of the plant.
