Jerry grew up in Girard Kansas, and his dad sold MM tractors. Started selling GH chisels in mid 1950's. Sold several locally, so GH asked him to start going to farm shows to represent their products. Jerry says his dad would pull a 5 shank plow behind his Edsel car to shows all over the midwest.
With that success, GH flew his dad to Turkey to sell plows to their government. Not sure how many he sold but company only had 60 days to ship them. His dad then had to go back to supervise the assembly and teach farmers how to use them.
Jerry lives in Burlingame Kansas but would like a plow to remember his father.
