Subject: Skid loader for small feeding operation?

I am feeding my first group of steers this year and I’m already wishing I could justify a mixer wagon for the benefits of a TMR, but I only have 15 this year and will be going to 30 next year.
My question is, has anyone tried this method of feeding?
Dump enough hay in the bunks for the day of feeding, then dump ground corn in over that, followed by any syrups or other additives? With my numbers it seems reasonable and I could get by with just starting a skid steer each morning, instead of feeder wagon and loader tractor. Thanks for any input
