The only real way to lose weight is less calories and more excersise. Period.
Not true. I eat more calories now than I did 3 years ago and am 15 pounds lighter (6'1" and 175#). Same activity level but I quit doing my evening pushups and situps - can now do more than ever without working out. If I gain weight nowadays, it is muscle, not fat.
Where the calories come from is a HUGE factor. |
